JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kaler P. S. Case No. 12 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 283, 353, 307, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. a baby has died at the National Highway-139 due to that several persons created road blockage and not removing the blockage. On confidential information police got the name of the petitioner and other accused persons. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is general and omnibus allegation, having no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60252 of 2019(2) dt.24-09-2019 2/2 submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Arwal, in connection with Kaler P. S. Case No. 12 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
