Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sasaram(Town) Darigaon P.S. Case No. 607 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from bank of river near Darigaon Hanuman Mandir. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
