2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 76, 329(4), 305, 110, 352, 351(3), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., on 22.09.2024 at about 8:30 PM, the petitioner entered the house of informant, committed theft of cash of Rs. 10,000/- and jewellery worth Rs. 50,000/- and when daughter-in-law of informant protested, this petitioner tried to press her neck and fled away. It is further alleged that prior to the alleged occurrence, this petitioner is alleged to have made viral the picture of daughter-in-law of informant on social media and when informant complained, this petitioner abused him and also threatened to kill.
