Petitioner is in custody in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 255 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel submits that in the instant case total 40 liters of liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the past there was no case against this petitioner under Prohibition and Excise Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2019. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60794 of 2019(2) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IIcum-Spl. Judge, Nawada, in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 255 of 2018.
