2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S.Case No. 95 of 2023.

4. The petitioners are alleged to have stolen away motor-cycles from different locations.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are persons of clean antecedents and nothing was recovered from their possession. Their names have figured only in the confessional statement of co-accused.

6. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

7. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-III, Samastipur in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S.Case No. 95 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

8. The learned court below is directed to verify the criminal antecedents of the petitioners.
