ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 17-10-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 who has appeared suo motu in this case.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 71 of 2023 registered on 17.03.2023 lodged under Sections 341, 506, 427, 498A, 324/34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the acquisition of torture and assault for non fulfillment of dowry demand to the O.P. No. 2 by the accused persons including the petitioner.

4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner being the husband of the O.P. No. 2 wants to settle this dispute amicably.

5. Both the counsels have jointly prayed that they want negotiation and settle the dispute one time.

6. In this background, let the petitioner above named, be granted provisional bail for three months on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- IX, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 71 of 2023.

7. The trial Court is directed that he shall refer this matter before Mediation or he shall himself conduct Mediation.

8. If the matter settles between the parties within three months from the date of his release then his provisional bail shall be confirmed and if this matter does not settle, then the provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be cancelled. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U T
