The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 220 of 2017 registered under Sections 406, 408, 420, 468, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the Complaint Case is filed after lapse of six years. It is also submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is quite vague and the disputes have already been settled between the parties, as detailed in Annexure-2 to the petition. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
