The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Surayagarha P.S. Case no. 13 of 2019, registered under Sections 467, 468, 406, 409 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of committing of several irregularies by Md. Shahnawaz Alam (Petitioner), Managing Director, Munger Jamui Co-operative Bank Ltd., Munger-cumDistrict Co-operative Officer, Lakhisarai, Abha Kumari, Block Extension Officer, Pipariya, Dinesh Kumar, Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Society, Bihar, Vivekanand Rai, ExBranch Manager, Munger Jamui Central Co-operative Bank

No.65961 of 2019(3) dt.06-11-2019 2/3 Ltd., Munger, Suryagarha Branch, Uma Shankar Singh, ExBranch Manager, Munger Jamui Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Munger, Lakhisarai Branch, Rajeev Kumar, Committee Manager, PACS and Shailendra Kumar Singh, Ex-Chairman Saidpura PACS in the financial year 2014-15 and 2015-16. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner was posted as Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Society, Aurangabad till 30.06.2016. Thereafter, he joined as Managing Director, Munger Jamui Central Cooperative Bank Ltd, Munger cum District Co- operative officer, Lakhisarai in the year 2018 as such no question arise about involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence detailed in the Complaint Case No. 84 C of 2018, which is basis of the F.I.R.

The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Surayagarha P.S. Case No.
