The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajeshwari O.P. P.S. Case No. 58 of 2016, registered under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1b)a,26,27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of ACJM-II, Supaul.

The prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected earlier on 06.05.2016 by this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 19510 of 2016 on merit. Now, I find no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for bail is again rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
