This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Witch Craft Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the other co-accused, having similar allegation, have been granted by a Bench of this Court vide orders dated 05.03.2014, 09.07.2014 and 12.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 2914 of 2014, 28372 of 2014 and 5984 of 2015.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49848 of 2015 (4) dt.09-02-2016 learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Gaya in connection with Chandauti P. S. Case No. 288 of 2013.
