2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 161 of 2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 123, 103(1) of the BNS. Earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 11.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.50580 of 2025.

3. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR against the petitioner, resulting into the death of the daughter of the informant, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67039 of 2025(2) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed.
