02. 03.11.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 404 of 2014 registered under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari.

Considering the statement of the alleged victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. showing the complicity of the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The Petitioner is directed to surrender immediately in the Court below.
