2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bettiah (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.575 of 2023 lodged under Sections 25(1-b)a/ 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 07.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.83007 of 2023.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that till date no progress has been made in this case and petitioner is a lady and she deserves consideration.

5. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner's antecedent is not clean.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is still not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

7. However, Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
