JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-07-2015 At the very outset, Sri Jai Prakash Verma, learned counsel for the Respondent/Employees Provident Fund Organization submits that E.P.F amount has already been paid to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the submission of learned counsel for the Respondent/Employees Provident Fund Organization. However, he submits that the salary of the petitioner has not been paid by Respondent no.3. Keeping in view the fact that Respondent no.3 is not a State, no direction can be issued to Respondent no.3 and, as such, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition, so that the petitioner may approach the competent authority.
