JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 The short prayer of the petitioner herein is regarding allotment of his Fair Price Shop on compassionate ground in place of his deceased father who was also a Fair Price Shop dealer of Uphraul Panchayat, and accordingly, it is prayed that the license be issued in his name.

Considering the short prayer made by the petitioner herein, I deem it fit and proper to permit the petitioner to approach the Sub-Divisional Officer, Mahnar, District-Vaishali for redressal of his grievance and in case the petitioner approaches the Sub-Divisional Oficer, Mahnar, District-Vaishali

Patna High Court CWJC No.18366 of 2016(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Mahnar, District-Vaishali shall dispose of the representation/claim of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.
