JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 02-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready to return back the earnest money which he had received from the complainant.

On deposit of bank draft of the amount shown in the complaint petition, petitioner namely Nurul Khan @ Md. Nurul Khan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with complaint case no. 2714 of 2013. The aforesaid deposit will not cause prejudice to the petitioner during course of trial.
