The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge against the petitioner was framed on 30.09.2022 (Annexure-3), as such in terms of the liberty granted by order dated 24.08.2022, the present bail application has been filed. Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the

Further, in the event, if the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned trial court shall forthwith cancel his bail bonds after recording reasons and shall take all coercive steps to ensure that petitioner is behind bars.
