JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 21-03-2018 Seeking a mandamus in this public interest litigation prohibiting sale of land as indicated in the writ petition, this petition in public interest has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution.

Keeping in view the grievance of the petitioner, we are not inclined to enter into this issue in public interest litigation. Petitioner may represent the respondent nos.1 and 2 with regard to the issue in question. It would be for the respondent nos.1 and 2 to take action in the matter. If still aggrieved, the petitioner will have liberty to take recourse to common remedy of filing a civil suit in the matter and seek injunction therein.
