Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR is against unknown. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused. Some other co-accused, namely, Tufani Yadav and others have been allowed regular bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37036 of 2017.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58521 of 2017 (2) dt.18-12-2017 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.T. No. 643 of 2017 arising out of Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) Police Station Case No. 369 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
