The Circle Officer, Rosera, Samastipur is directed to act upon the representation of the petitioner dated 17.6.2023 regarding the alleged encroachment done by the respondent no. 4 to 7 on the road in question. If the circle officer finds that the respondent nos. 4 to 7 have encroached the road in question then he will initiate an encroachment proceeding and will dispose of
Patna High Court CWJC No.13953 of 2023(2) dt.29-03-2024 2/2 the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order in accordance with law after hearing all the concerned parties including the alleged encroachers also.
