1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had approached this Court seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.49363 of 2024 and the same was allowed by an order dated 31.08.2024. It is submitted that in Cr. Misc. No.49363 of 2024, the petitioner was described as "Chhotelal Singh @ Chhotelal Yadav S/O Suresh Singh R/O villageKaushik Dularpur, P.S.- Muffasil, Distt.- Bhojpur at Ara, Presently residing near Mahadeva Road, Near Pani Tanki, P.S.- Ara Town, Distt.- Bhojpur at Ara", when the description of the petitioner is Chhotelal Singh @ Chhotelal Yadav, Son of Suresh Singh, Resident of Village - Asani, Police Station -

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69694 of 2024(2) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 Udwantnagar, District - Bhojpur at Ara.

3. The learned counsel thus submits that the description of the petitioner be modified to the aforesaid extent in the order dated dated 31.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.49363 of 2024.

4. Considering the submissions, the order dated 31.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.49363 of 2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
