2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

3 . As per the prosecution case, 1350 grams Ganja was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . Petitioner claims clean antecedent and she is in custody since 24.07.2024 .

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the accusation , period of custody and other circumstances of the case , the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge NDPS Nalanda (Biharsharif ) in connection with Ben P. S. Case No. 08 of 2024 .
