2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 22 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 471, 406, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the petitioner in collusion with fake beneficiaries had forged PMAY ID of actual beneficiary and inserted the names, account numbers and photographs of fake beneficiaries due to which the money went into the account of fake beneficiaries.

4. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Muzaffarpur/concerned Court below in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 22 of 2018.
