Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. FIR was lodged for robbing of motorcycle against unknown criminals.

Petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2016 uptil now the petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
