The petitioners have filed this writ petition for a direction upon the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Darbhanga to dispose of the petition of the petitioners. It appears from a bare perusal of the order dated 19.12.2018 passed by the Land Acquisition Officer, Begusarai that the land of the petitioners was never acquired for irrigation purpose on account of paucity of fund. A fresh requisition was sent and Land Acquisition Proceeding No. 2/13-14 was initiated

Patna High Court CWJC No.19408 of 2019(2) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 but no further action is taken for acquisition of land of the petitioners. Therefore, there is no question of issuance of any direction to the authority to pay any compensation. In this view of the fact, I do not find any merit in this writ petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U
