This writ application has been preferred for impartial investigation of Muffasil (Munger) P.S. Case No.196 of 2015, a case registered under Sections 307 and other ancillary sections of the Penal Code.

The supplementary counter affidavit would reveal

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1136 of 2015 (4) dt.17-11-2017 P2/ that investigation is at the fag end as the supervisory authority has found allegation untrue against some of the accused. In the circumstances, the respondent-authorities are directed to complete the investigation within two months positively and to submit report to the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned.

With the aforesaid observation, this writ application stands disposed of.
