JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Heard Sri Shailesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. The petitioner who is in custody in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 52 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that F.I.R. was lodged against unknown, however, subsequently during investigation on the so -called confession made before the Police by the co- accused petitioner's name has transpired and he is languishing in jail since 4.4.2015.

In view of the nature of accusation and the period of custody, let the petitioner Uday Kumar @ Tempu be enlarged on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51393 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 52 of 2015.
