Patna High Court CWJC No.12611 of 2018(3) dt.29-11-2018 2/2 cae of the petitioners is identical to the case of Sangita Kumar @ Sangita Devi & Ors. (C.W.J.C. No. 4256 of 2018). Let the competent authority should examine the fact, law and prayer of the present case vis-a-vis the case of Sangita Kumari (supra) and if it is found that the present case is exactly identical to the case of aforesaid Sangita Kumari, the present petitioners will also get the same relief as has been given to Sangita Kumari & Ors.
With the aforesaid observation, this writ application is disposed of.
