1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No.125 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code
3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including the petitioner abused the informant while he was returning to home. In the meantime, accused Dilip Rai ordered to kill the informant and assaulted on the chest of the informant by knife, thereafter other accused persons also started assaulting by means of lathi, danda and iron rod, by which the informant got unconscious.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity between the parties. He further submits that

Learned counsel also submits that the members of the prosecution side have killed the son of co-accused, Dilip Rai and only with a view to create pressure upon the petitioner, he has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner has four criminal antecedent in which the prosecution side has filed two cases. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2024 and he undertakes to co-operate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No.125 of 2024.
