Let the university do the needful in accordance with law. Petitioner is free to produce the letter issued by the State Government, which is a directive to the Vice-Chancellor and the Vice-Chancellor shall abide by the said direction. The ViceChancellor will give an instruction to the college in question with regard to the directive in specific terms for them to chart their future course of action. The Vice-Chancellor will ensure that no discrimination is practiced in matter of granting such permission
Patna High Court CWJC No.18531 of 2016 (2) dt.18-11-2016 2/2 or leeway to any college or institution under the University because the petitioner apprehends so.
Writ stands disposed of in terms of above. They will keep in mind Annexure - 4, dated 12.09.2014 into consideration issued by the State Government.
