05-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Chandi P.S. Case No. 70 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 353, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the specific allegations against both the petitioners, specially petitioner no. 1, who is said to be Mukhiya, that they threatened and assaulted the informant, who was a government servant, and torn the relevant papers relating to Awas Yojna of the beneficiaries, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
