The petitioner are in custody in connection with Singhia P.S.Case No.45 of 2016 registered for an offence under Sections 307 and ancillary Sections of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted that on account of land dispute the occurrence took place. The allegation is vague and omnibus against seven FIR named accused. Out of them, one Kanhaiya Jha has been allowed by one of the coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.50577 of 2016. The case of the petitioner stands on similar footing and so the petitioner deserves bail. The learned APP opposed the submission.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56941 of 2017 (3) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-V, Rosera (Samastipur) in connection with Singhia P.S.Case No.45 of 2016.
