ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2019 in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No.44 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner is the elder brother-in-law of the deceased lady and has been living separately and has nothing to do with the affairs. It is further submitted that the marriage has taken place 20 years back. So far as the present petitioner is concerned, his role is not clear and specific even as per the F.I.R.
