2. Petitioners apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 127 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 123 , 103 and 3 (5) of BNS.
3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Subha devi, alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners came at the door of informant and took away the husband of informant on the pretext of settling
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65510 of 2025(3) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 earlier dispute . Thereafter, all the accused persons allegedly administered poison to the informant's husband, assaulted him, and committed his murder by strangulating him with a gamcha .
4. Considering the seriousness and nature of accusation and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners is rejected.
