The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/120B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of taking away the father of the informant and of killing him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except suspicion the petitioner has been made accused in this case. The co-accused has been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.12.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 68537 of 2019. The petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no chance of tampering

Heard learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 252 of 2019, subject to the following condition that the petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
