The petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2019 in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 310 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 25 (1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has already been in custody for six months. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., - I, Bagaha
