2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the auction notice dated 21.07.2012 issued under the provisions of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
3. At the outset itself, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly accepts that he has statutory remedy against the impugned action of the respondents before the Debts Recovery Tribunal.
