KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 18-02-2020 This petition was filed on 11.1.2018 whereafter on 10th of May, 2018, the registry pointed out the defects which, despite several opportunities having been afforded to the petitioner, were not removed and the matter stands listed today before the Court for the first time.

This appeal has been preferred praying inter alia for the following relief/s:

"For initiation of Court of Contempt proceeding against the contemnor opposite parties for their willful disobedience and arbitrary on compliance of judicial pronouncement of this Hon'ble Court passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5353 of 2017, Bipin Singh Vs. The State of Bihar & others, passed on 25.4.2017 by a Division Bench of this Court."

Be that as it may, Shri Ajay, learned counsel appearing for the State/respondent states that the judgement dated 25.4.2017, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5353 of 2017, titled as Bipin Singh Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., stands fully complied with inasmuch as the encroachment stands removed. As such, we dispose of the present petition reserving liberty to the writ petitioner or any other public spirited person
