1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner retired from service on superannuation on and from 31st of January, 2014. The petitioner claimed revision of his salary after enhancing the grade pay w.e.f. 31st of January, 2016 and consequent revision of retirement benefit. However, the representation of the petitioner, dated 4th of August, 2025, was not considered by the present incumbent, i.e., the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department, Bhagalpur (Respondent No. 5).

2. The instant writ petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation to the Respondent No. 5 within a period of two weeks from the date of this order. In case such representation is filed, the Respondent No. 5 is directed to dispose of the said representation in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter.

3. The instant writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
