JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2019 A show cause reply has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties stating therein that the order of this Court, dated 03.11.2017, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17259 of 2016, has been complied with inasmuch as a decision has been taken on the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the decision, which has been taken on petitioner's representation, is not correct.
However, considering the fact that the petitioner's representation has been disposed of, in my opinion, no case for
Patna High Court MJC No.422 of 2018(4) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 deliberate disobedience of this Court's order is made out. The contempt proceeding stands dropped.
