2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in Saharsa P.S. Case No. 573/2025 dated 17.05.2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 308(4) 3(5) of BNS.

3. As per prosecution case, on 17.05.2025 at about 12 noon while informant was sitting at his shop, in the meantime, petitioners and one unknown came at his shop and asked to give copy. Thereafter, informant gave them 4-5 copies worth Rs. 300/- and on demand of price, petitioners told the informant to give the same in the evening. It is alleged that informant refused to give them copy on credit. On this, accused persons took out three-naught and assaulted on the head of the informant. It is further alleged that accused persons assaulted the informant by means of fists and slaps and also took Rs. 38,000/- and copies and fled away.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that these petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Injuries caused by these petitioners are simple in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68634 of 2025(2) dt.07-10-2025 2/2 nature. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against these petitioners. Dispute has been resolved and a compromise petition (annexure

3) has been filed in the court below. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all these petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Saharsa Sadar Police Station Case No. 573 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 of the B.N.S.S.
