Petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.10.2016 in connection with Siwan Mufassil P.S. Case No. 112 of for offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/379/504/506/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was allegedly digging in front of the house of the informant and for that dispute, the petitioner allegedly committed assault with spade causing injury at the head of the informant.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
