This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
For land dispute all the petitioners allegedly caused injury with khanti at the head of the informant. They further caused injury to Md. Tiyaz with different weapons. The doctor had found single head injury caused by hard and blunt substance and simple in injury on the head of the informant and no injury at any vital part of Md. Tiyaz.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 223 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
