Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission is that from the joint house of the petitioner, liquor was recovered and male as well as female members of the family are accused in this case. One more female member of the family has recently been allowed bail by a Coordinate bench of this Court. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. She is in custody since 26.08.2019. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like
