The explanation offered by the petitioner with regard to delay in filing the Review Petition is found to be satisfactory. Hence, the delay in filing the Review Petition is condoned.

The matter relates to termination of service of the petitioner as Anganwari Sevika. An inspection was done, various irregularities were found, led to termination of contract by the District Programme Officer, which was affirmed by the District Magistrate, Banka. The ground of termination was that the petitioner was found absent from the place of working and various irregularities in the Take Home Ration (T.H.R.) for distribution among the beneficiaries were also found. We have gone through the judgment and order passed in Letters Patent Appeal No.1827 of 2017 and do not find any error on the face of record, and as such, this matter does not come under the purview of Review.

Accordingly, this Review Petition is dismissed with no order as to costs.
