JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 22-02-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the nature of the grievance made in the writ petition, he may be permitted to approach the National Commission constituted statutorily for dealing with such matter under Article 338 of the Constitution and, accordingly, seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition and approach the said statutory constitutional authority, the prayer is made.
We permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy as suggested. If a complaint is made to the Commission, we request the
