2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 254 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the brother-in-law (Dewar) of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is the custody since 09.06.2024. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70406 of 2024(2) dt.29-11-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magisrate, VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 254 of 2020.
