JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2016 The petitioner who happens to be the mother-in-law of the deceased, apprehends her arrest in a case under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code on the allegation that she along with others killed informant's daughter Neha Kumari on non-fulfilment of dowry.

The petitioner submits that she is a widow and most of the time she resides with her elder son in Delhi and even on the date of occurrence she was in Delhi and in fact daughter of informant committed suicide by hanging herself in a locked room. She further submits that her son has already been allowed regular bail in this case.

In the facts of the case, in case of surrender, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl.Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna city in Bahadurpur Police station Case No. 63/2015.

The court in seisin of the case would not allow unnecessary adjournments and conclude the trial within two years. Shashi.
