Petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 207 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 47(a) /60/ 49 /50(d) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Fifty liters of country made liquor was recovered from a motorcycle. Three persons were there on the said motorcycle including the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2016 and petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
