2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(b), 18, 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to be involved in illegal cultivation of Opium over the forest land.
4. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Neither Khata number nor plot number is mentioned in the FIR. Petitioner has got no concern with the land over which the Opium plants were cultivated. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Act, Gaya in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 19 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
